Client Experience Coordinator

The Client Experience Coordinator collaborates with instructors, clients, case managers, and technicians, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved in our transformative programs. Beyond just handling appointments, this position plays a key role in client intake and guides new clients through the application process, welcoming them into our supportive community. The Client Experience Coordinator holds a pivotal position at Lighthouse Vision Loss Education Center, ensuring that our clients receive the life-changing services they need when they need them most. By expertly managing schedules and streamlining processes, this role directly empowers us to maximize our impact on the visually impaired community.

Other duties include:

  •  Centralized Scheduling: Manage and maintain a centralized calendar for client appointments, group classes, and technical support sessions.
  •  Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, confirming appointments, handling rescheduling, and managing cancellations.
  •  Instructor Collaboration: Work closely with instructors to understand their availability, preferences, and scheduling needs, optimizing schedules for maximum instructional time.
  •  Data Tracking and Reporting: Generate regular reports on scheduling trends, client satisfaction, and instructor availability to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  •  Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate scheduling processes, identifying and implementing changes to streamline operations and improve the overall client experience.
  •  Client Intake: Facilitate the intake process for new clients, collecting necessary information and guiding them through the application process.
