Online Low Vision Store
All purchases made through our online store will be processed via credit card through WooCommerce. WooCommerce is a separate entity and Lighthouse Vision Loss Education Center and Peepers Store do not have an affiliation with WooCommerce, except as a secure method for customers to make online purchases. Standard shipments are sent by UPS, FedEx and USPS within the Continental USA. Shipping costs are indicated at time of purchase.
Items returned within 10 business days from purchase will receive a full refund less any applicable shipping/handling fees. All items must have the original packaging, instructions and covers to receive a full refund. In the rare event that your item arrives defective, is damaged upon shipment, or is not the product stated in the description, you must notify us immediately to make a return. All sales and clearance items are final.
We are not accepting returns during COVID-19.
If an order arrives damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours. The product and all packaging material must be retained until the matter is resolved with the shipping carrier.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies on select items only and customers need to contact the manufacturer/vendor for repair or replacement of the item. All packaging, manuals and packaging inserts must be included. Whenever possible, we will assist the customer with contacting the manufacturer.
Peepers Store is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices listed supersede all previous offers and prices printed in catalogs or elsewhere.
